We recognise that as a caterer we can have a great influence on what our clients choose to eat and drink. The purchasing decisions we make every day have implications for food production, sustainability and the environment. We take these responsibilities very seriously and we understand our commitment and capabilities to make a difference.

Our mission is to reduce our carbon footprint in measurable ways. It may seem like a drop in the ocean, but at least it is a start. Where possible, disposables are made from a recycled source and where not possible they are biodegradable. We provide recycle bins for bottles, cans, plastic, card and paper. Our stationery is made from recycled paper. By sending proposals, marketing and media electronically, we aim to reduce paper usage. We are trying to minimise vehicle miles by offering local and sustainable sourced seasonal products delivered through distribution companies.
